The effect of the chemical being treated with 8h (20 mg/kg, p.o., once daily) and (40 mg/kg, p.o., one time in a day) sitagliptin (2 mg/kg, p.o., one time in a day) based on overnight glucose levels at the commencement of treatment, After the week is up, two weeks, and after three weeks of treatment.
