The histopathological analysis revealed that combination group (E) was more effective in reducing inflammations. These findings suggest that the combination of prednisone and EAG provided the most effective protection, restoring placental structure to improved villous architecture resembling healthy controls with well-organized villi, reduced inflammation, and optimal angiogenesis, compared to other treatment groups.
