E-SGE treatment of 3T3-L1 cells led to concentration-dependent changes in key markers, specifically GLUT4, adiponectin, C/EBPα, and PPARγ expression, which contributed to glucose uptake, adipogenesis, lipid metabolism, and adipocyte differentiation (*p < 0.05).
